To get the spring back in your step

Come and join a small group of individuals on Monday nights 8pm-9pm in September (4 sessions Sept 6, 13, 20, 27) for coaching with a focus on tips to implement strategies to connect with your inner creative through meditation, relaxation, connection and food facilitated by Anne Hubbard.

If you are feeling you need to refresh, rejuvenate and get some assisted focus to reconnect to the spring and new energy of the season at this time, we would love to have you with us.

Session 3 will be featuring Naturopath, Nutritionist and Whole Detox specialist Rebecca Pattinson who will share her knowledge of foods and nutrition in spring
