Connecting with compassion at a time of unrest 

We can feel helpless as unrest and hostility surges in the Ukraine. What can we do? How can we help? We can come together as community to learn the skills of mindfulness, being present with our experience and connect with our own inner selves.  Connecting with our peace within impacts the world.

Come and join a LIVE ONLINE small group of individuals on Wednesday nights 8pm-9pm in March 2022 (4 sessions March 9, 16, 23, 30) for coaching with a focus on connecting with your experience at this time of unrest and uncertainty.

We will learn the basics of mindfulness and implement simple strategies throughout the month of March together as a group facilitated by Anne Hubbard.

We will read “Happiness and it Happens: Finding Contentment Through Mindfulness” The Happy Buddha, sharing our learnings, connecting weekly online and on WhatsApp group throughout the week.

If you are feeling the need to connect with a like-minded group of individuals who want to focus on being more present, spreading the inner peace within through breathing and meditation, we would love to have you with us.
