Breathwork – Breathe and connect

Do you feel stressed, anxious and worried through your week?

Do you have the feeling that there is just so much going on and it is hard to keep up with everything?

Breathwork and Thrive coaching is for you. Breathwork is a gentle connected breathing technique that helps to clear any emotional energy stuck in your body. Anne is a qualified Breathworker who holds and honours the space for you to heal yourself. Breath is the essence of life, it “inspires” us, it animates us and it has the ability to heal us and bring us to a state of calm and relaxation.

Anne is a certified Breathwork Practitioner and Group Facilitator of Breathwork, professional group facilitator member of the Australian Breathwork Association, who has strict professional standards and the International Breathwork Foundation.

What’s involved?

90 minute session with Anne face-to-face in Melbourne. Online sessions available.

Anne teaches you the connected breathing technique and she holds the space for you to let your breath do the rest.


$250 for 90 minute session

    To get the spring back in your step

    Come and join a small group of individuals on Monday nights 8pm-9pm in September              (4 sessions Sept 6, 13, 20, 27) for coaching with a focus on tips to implement strategies to connect with your inner creative through meditation, relaxation, connection and food facilitated by Anne Hubbard.

    If you are feeling you need to refresh, rejuvenate and get some assisted focus to reconnect to the spring and new energy of the season at this time, we would love to have you with us.

    Session 3 will be featuring Naturopath, Nutritionist and Whole Detox specialist Rebecca Pattinson who will share her knowledge of foods and nutrition in spring

    Weekly Meet 2 Breathe 

    Join our weekly 11am AEST for 1 hour 15 minutes to refresh, connect and rejuvenate. Join Anne and her colleagues to have some “heal and feel time” that will give you time to connect deeply within and help you to move your state of being.
