Breathwork and Thrive coaching is for you. Breathwork is a gentle connected breathing technique that helps to clear any emotional energy stuck in your body. Anne is a qualified Breathworker who holds and honours the space for you to heal yourself. Breath is the essence of life, it “inspires” us, it animates us and it has the ability to heal us and bring us to a state of calm and relaxation.
90 minute session with Anne face-to-face in Melbourne.
Anne teaches you the connected breathing technique and she holds the space for you to let your breath do the rest.
