Anne is a qualified Breathworker who holds and honours the space for you to heal yourself. Breath is the essence of life, it “inspires” us, it animates us and it has the ability to heal us and bring us to a state of calm and relaxation.
Anne is a certified Breathwork Practitioner and Group Facilitator of Breathwork, professional group facilitator member of the Australian Breathwork Association, who has strict professional standards and processes and professional member of the International Breathwork Foundation.
You can experience Breathwork as an individual one-to-one or in a group with Anne. Anne will hold the space to allow your own healing to unfold.
